Most teeth can be treated with a very good outcome. However, if your ooth is severly compromised, root canal treatment is not indicated and would have to seek for other alternatives to replace.

Replacing an extracted tooth with a bridge or implant requires more time in treatment and may result in further procedures to neighboring teeth and supporting tissue

This will depend on the type of treatment that you need. Most of them are finished on the same day and full payment may be asked. For treatments that need more time to be concluded or dental laboratory expenses involved, partial payment may be considered.
